Tamara Comer is a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Heritage in Springfield, and a member of Dayton REALTORS®.

Recent Sales Activity

Over the past 12 months, MLS records show Tamara on 6 closed sales (5 as the listing agent, 1 representing the buyer), about $1,902,500 in total sales volume. Most active in Piqua, Fairborn, Huber Heights, Washington Township and Bellbrook.

Overview

Tamara Comer is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Heritage, working out of the brokerage’s office at 331 Mount Vernon Avenue in Springfield. She is part of The Comer Group, a team that operates under the Coldwell Banker Heritage name.

All four were listing-side transactions. Each sold in a different community: Huber Heights, Piqua, Bellbrook and Fairborn.

Her listings moved quickly and, for the most part, at or above the asking price.

The sales record in numbers

Across the four closed sales, the median sale price was $254,750. The range runs from $185,000 at the low end to $425,000 at the high end, so her recent work spans entry-level homes through properties well into the upper price tiers of the communities involved.

All four closings came on the listing side, which means 4 listing sides and 0 buyer sides. Every sale was a home she brought to market herself.

The pace on those listings stands out. The median time on market was 3 days. The median sale-to-list ratio was 105.1%, meaning the typical home closed about five percent above its list price. Three of the four listings sold at or above asking.

Two of the four sales, or 50%, were renovated homes. None were new construction, and none were multifamily properties. The set is therefore weighted toward existing single-family homes, half of them updated before sale.

The sample is small, and four transactions describe a recent stretch of activity rather than a full career. Still, a three-day median and a sale price above list on the typical listing point to homes that drew buyer interest quickly.

Where the sales closed

The four sales were spread evenly across four markets, one apiece, with none in the city of Dayton or in West Dayton. Comparing each sale price with the local median gives a sense of where each home sat in its market.

Huber Heights: One sale closed at $185,000, against an area median of $230,000. That placed it below the typical price in the city, in a range that tends to draw first-time buyers and those looking for a lower monthly payment.

Piqua: One sale closed at $198,500, compared with an area median of $180,000. The home sold modestly above the local midpoint.

Bellbrook: One sale closed at $311,000. The area median is $393,000, so this home sat below the typical Bellbrook price, in a more accessible tier of a market with generally higher values.

Fairborn: One sale closed at $425,000, the highest of her four. The area median is $223,000, so this sale landed well above the typical Fairborn price, nearly double the midpoint. It is the clearest example in her record of work at the top of a local market.

Taken together, the four sales show a range: two homes priced under their local medians, two above, and a spread of markets from the Miami Valley’s northern edge to its southeast suburbs.

Background and credentials

Public professional profiles place Comer at Coldwell Banker Heritage since May 2019. Before that, her work history lists a role at Real Estate II beginning in April 2008.

Her Coldwell Banker profile shows an Ohio license number, BRKA.2018001365. Her title appears in different forms depending on the page: the brokerage directory lists her as a real estate salesperson, while her personal website and professional networking profile describe her as a broker associate or licensed associate broker.

She holds the Luxury Property Specialist designation, a Coldwell Banker program for agents who work with higher-priced homes. She is also listed as a Coldwell Banker relocation professional. Her agent page lists recognition from the International Diamond Society and the International President’s Circle, both franchise-level honors within the Coldwell Banker system.

Her brokerage directory profile lists property management, residential investment and commercial investment among her services. English is her listed language.

Service area and team

Her own website lists a service area centered on Clark County and its neighbors: Springfield, Urbana, South Charleston, South Vienna, Mechanicsburg, New Carlisle, Yellow Springs and Beavercreek. The recent MLS sales closed in a somewhat different set of communities, which suggests her work reaches beyond that core list.

The Comer Group, her team at Coldwell Banker Heritage, is listed with offices in Dayton, Urbana, Yellow Springs, Springfield and Huber Heights. A Huber Heights sale among her recent closings fits within that footprint.

A separate industry blog reports that RealTrends ranked The Comer Group first in Springfield by 2025 sales volume. That ranking applies to the team as a whole rather than to Comer individually.

How the record reads locally

The MLS data for the period since March 2026 does not yet place Comer on any local leaderboard, which is expected given a record of four closed sales. What the figures do show is consistency on the listing side: every transaction was a listing, the median time on market was three days, and most homes sold at or above their asking price.

The price spread, from $185,000 to $425,000, indicates comfort across several market tiers rather than a single niche. As more transactions close, a longer record will make comparisons with other agents in the Dayton area more meaningful.
