Casey Fisher is a licensed real estate agent with Glasshouse Realty Group in Dayton, and a member of Dayton REALTORS®.

Recent Sales Activity

Over the past 12 months, MLS records show Casey on 19 closed sales (8 as the listing agent, 11 representing the buyer), about $4,560,800 in total sales volume. 3 of those were in the City of Dayton. Most active in Tipp City, Fairborn, Troy, Piqua, Walnut Hills and Kittyhawk.

Casey Fisher at a Glance

Casey Fisher is a real estate agent with Glasshouse Realty Group, a Dayton brokerage that lists its main office at 201 E. 6th Street downtown and a second office on Patterson Road serving the Oakwood and Kettering area. Fisher’s page on the brokerage site shows active and sold listings drawn from the Dayton MLS.

Over the past 12 months, Fisher closed 19 sales with a combined volume of $4,560,800. Eight of those were listing-side transactions and eleven were on the buyer side, a mix that shows steady work with both sellers and buyers rather than a lean toward one or the other.

The geography of that work is broad. Sales are spread across nine named areas in Montgomery, Miami and Greene counties, with a concentration in Tipp City and smaller clusters in Fairborn, Troy and Piqua.

The Sales Record in Numbers

Fisher’s 19 closed sales ranged in price from $43,000 to $450,000, with a median of $205,000. That spread covers everything from very low-priced homes to properties well into the upper-middle part of the local market, which means Fisher’s business is not tied to a single price tier.

On the eight listings Fisher took to closing, the median time on market was 36 days, and the median sale-to-list price ratio was 97.3%. In practical terms, a typical Fisher listing sold in a little over five weeks and closed within a few percentage points of the asking price. None of the eight closed at or above asking, which is common in a market where sellers often negotiate on inspection items and closing terms.

The type of property varies as well. About 47% of Fisher’s sales were renovated homes, a notable share that suggests regular work with updated or recently improved properties. None of the 19 sales were new construction, and one was a multifamily property. That makes the book of business primarily resale housing, with a meaningful renovated segment and an occasional investment-oriented sale.

Of the 19 sales, three were in the city of Dayton itself. The rest were in surrounding communities, which fits the geographic spread described below.

Where Fisher Works

Tipp City is Fisher’s busiest area, with 6 sales in the past year, nearly a third of the total. Fisher’s median sale price there was $332,500, against an area median of $360,000. That places Fisher’s Tipp City work slightly below the middle of the local market, in a range that is close to what most homes in town sell for.

In Troy, Fisher closed 2 sales at a median of $382,450, compared with an area median of $299,900. Here Fisher’s activity sat above the local midpoint, an indication of work in the upper part of that market. In Piqua, two sales came in at a median of $197,450, modestly above the area median of $180,000.

Fairborn also produced 2 sales, with a median of $150,000 against an area median of $220,000, pointing to more entry-level activity there. In Brookville, one sale closed at $220,000 against an area median of $272,735, and in Huber Heights, one sale closed at $180,000 against $226,500.

Single sales also took place in Walnut Hills, at $205,000 compared with an area median of $160,000, and in Kittyhawk, at $43,000 compared with an area median of $28,500. A ninth area, Pheasant Hill, accounted for one more closing. These one-off transactions show Fisher’s willingness to work across a wide set of communities, including some with much lower price points than the typical suburban market.

Taken together, the pattern is a practice anchored in the Miami County communities of Tipp City, Troy and Piqua, with additional work in Greene and Montgomery county neighborhoods.

Brokerage and Professional Background

Fisher is affiliated with Glasshouse Realty Group, which was founded in 2019 by Dayton-area locals Mo Zahedi and Evan Kloth. The Dayton Daily News reports that Kunal Patel joined as a third partner in 2024. The brokerage describes itself as having 14 offices and 334 agents across Ohio, and it was named Top Brokerage 2025 by Best of Dayton. The newspaper also reported that Glasshouse won the Best Real Estate Agency/Team category in the Best of Dayton 2026 contest. Those honors belong to the firm as a whole rather than to any individual agent.

Glasshouse Realty Group, LLC has been BBB Accredited since September 2019 and lists its Dayton headquarters at 201 E. 6th Street. Fisher appears on the brokerage’s agent roster at that address, and a national real estate directory also lists Fisher as part of the Patterson Road office team.

How Fisher Compares Locally

In the Dayton Report leaderboards, Fisher ranks fourth in Kittyhawk, based on one closed sale there in the past 12 months. Kittyhawk is a small, lower-priced market, and a single closing was enough to put Fisher among the top handful of agents there.

Elsewhere, Fisher’s totals reflect a diversified book. The largest concentration, six sales in Tipp City, is paired with a series of one- and two-sale footprints across other communities. That breadth, together with a sale-to-list ratio of 97.3% and a 36-day median on listings, gives a picture of a working agent whose activity spans a wide range of prices and neighborhoods.

Fisher’s price levels run above the local median in Troy, Piqua, Walnut Hills and Kittyhawk, and below it in Tipp City, Fairborn, Brookville and Huber Heights. Because most areas have only one or two Fisher sales, those comparisons are best read as snapshots of the past year rather than long-term trends.
